Return & Exchange Policy

1. Time Frame: Customers have up to 48 hours from the time of delivery to request a Return or Exchange.

2. Condition of Products: All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and are subject to approval by our Return/Exchange team.

3. Completeness of Items: Items should be returned complete in quantity/weight as originally purchased.

4. Exchange Policy: In case of an exchange, delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
